satisfactory experience
clean room food selection private transfer thin walls missing fridge noise disturbance
the room was clean. breakfast offered a large selection of food, which i found pleasing. i arranged a private transfer to the airport at the front desk on my last morning. it went smoothly.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from other rooms. i also noticed the absence of a fridge in my room. i found this inconvenient.

great location and helpful staff
convenient location easy walks breakfast options efficient transfer
this hotel delivered a good experience. the location allowed easy walks to historic sites and nearby shops, i found that to be so convenient. breakfast offered ample options, this helped start each day well. the front desk efficiently arranged a private transfer to the airport on my last morning, it was very helpful.
i noticed some sounds from furniture movement at night, this slightly affected my sleep but it wasn't too severe.

the rooftop bar offered comfortable seating. it has friendly bartenders, though the view was partly obstructed. the hotel provides easy access to transport, but some streets felt unsafe at night.

A wide selection of foods existed at breakfast? breakfast offered a comfortable room. the staff accommodated early tour departures, great. the room had plentiful fresh options available. I really liked that.

the staff was helpful with directions and advice. the concierge team gave good dinner recommendations. emails were responded to immediately, i really appreciated that. they offered information to navigate the area effectively and efficiently.

excellent service daily cleaning
The staff offered excellent service. They cleaned towels and sheets every day. Breakfast was perfect (I especially liked the pastries).
The hot water container was not sufficiently hot for tea.

poor coffee furniture noise
the breakfast lacked quality. the coffee was particularly bad, a significant disappointment. also, chair dragging sounds from above disrupted sleep at night. i'm unsure why furniture moved so much.

wide range breakfast items dark street isolated street
the breakfast had a wide range of items to choose from so i was satisfied
i found the location a bit scary at night because the street was dark and somewhat isolated I would not recommend it for lone female travelers as a result

small shower leaky shower
The location was acceptable. It allowed convenient access to various attractions.
I found the room to be quite basic. The shower was small and leaked. It really frustrated me. I expect better for the price.
